Death

I give myself over

Take all of this..... I. Have. Died.

Sitting still in peaceful bliss

I am reborn into this life.

Though the blood flows through my veins

and my heart doth still beat.

The death I've died is a death of mind

and the aroma and taste is so sweet...

Ebb and Flow

Ebb and flow is a mystery

The way it moves unknown

To allow the flow- it's sweet scent

Lingers for all to know.

But to speak of sweet desires

Or to dabble in 'destiny'...

Moves away from the deep truth

Which unfolds so delicately.....

Simply let it all go. Stop meddling.

No wanting, no desires....

Let this flow integrate, don't waste time

Find the fan to your fire....

Traps of Yore

As the things of habit

Of yore die away....

Leaving rawness, openness

And slicing through every scar

Every painful memory now is faced

Seen with clarity 

The stories told over-

Entrapped in the mind

Healing that which tortured.......

That which haunted over and over......

Drowning in a sea of thoughts....

Until attention was turned 

to that which was avoided

Until I travelled to the depths within

There began a new adventure

of truth, of love beyond anything.....

Taken to timeless space

Taken to the very source

Taken and shaken to my very core

More vulnerable than ever before.....

More radiant than ever before......

Life is sweeter than ever before.....

Touched and gone beyond

Never to return the traps of yore.....

No Boundaries

There are no boundaries

Between us all

 I give all of me...

I surrender to this

Grateful for this silent space

So spacious and freeing

Unreservedly given to all...

From a place of no attachment

Where crystal clear truth

Floods internal shadows

Courage to Live in Truth

From a spaciousness deep within

Gently it calls.......

From the cave dark as night

Illuminating without discrimination

All resistance seen.......

Like a devastating tsunami 

Sweeping clear the platforms built

Nothing is untouched,

So nothing is feared....

Consciously courageous-

For, courage is living in the stillness

In a place so lovingly sparse it accepts all

For, courage is opening the heart-

Knowing the world will break it

Sweetly surrendered in this space

Allowing the truth to radiate

From deeply within

The Heart Within

Deep love within the spider's web

Light connects and probes

Touching through the heart

Awakened souls emerge

Love without the need to receive

Such is the power of the heart

Diving deeper into the soul

But reflected in the stars.....

Connecting chords

Bend and flex, pliable to the wind

It is the unchanging power

to never doubt the heart within....

Beloved Self

Calling out from the depths

Buried the thunder grows

So deep the rumbling knows

This gentleness, this peace....

Clarity is all consuming

As surrender courses through

And this feeling of nothingness

Is all I know. It is the only truth

And this fire burns brightly

Such heat burning, burning. ..

Like a distant lover so I yearn

To have nothingness again and again.

Until I feel it uniting

With no gap inbetween....

In a place with no titles

In a place of no thought

My beloved comes to me

In the deepest love

Climb, Dear Wanderer

Meaningless, so meaningless

are the common distractions

Too clever to look beyond,

Beyond our own sight.

So cruel is the world 

For those trapped in the mind

Shallow and hollow

Sunken and shriveled 

Dark and desperate.... 

Climb, dear wanderer, 

Climb that mountain

Lift up and out, up and out

of that tangled mess

Hold that mirror and look,

Look so deeply into your soul

Stare into your eyes

Feel that pain, horror and sorrow

For that is unique to you

Live that treacherous memory,

For we all have our history

Dwelling there in the mind

You will never climb that mountain

And the little beauty you will find

will be only fleeting....

On the mountain, having climbed it

You distantly look at your life

Those trivial problems in the mind

Float off in the cool breeze 

Golden sunlight on your face

You can smile the smile of gratitude

For you've learnt how happiness will succeed
